A step by step procedure for the payment of installment for Rural Post-office Life Insurance (RPLI) is given below: Go to customer login page. (U can try this link https://pli.indiapost.gov.in/CustomerPortal/mLogin.jsp ) Or Search for "Customer Login PLI" in Google search . Click on login Click on Generate Customer ID: The page will ask for the policy number, Policy amount (eg: 5,00,000), e-mail ID and Phone Number. Enter everything and click OK. The system will ask you to wait for 72 hours. You will receive an e-mail the next day . (U will never get an reply mail on the same day so dont worry) The Email will have customer ID and an Link to Set the Password . Create the password and try to login. (Usually it gives some error or say password incorrect) U wont be able to Login the same day tht you set the password.
